"On the phone customer service is terrible! Lost my card over weekend called to deactivate it, sent me to a third party agency. Was unsure if they actually deactivated it. Called on Monday to make sure. Lady on phone was not helpful in that regard. Just said she would mail me a new one and take 10 days, asked if I could get one at a branch she said yes and just hung up. Very very unprofessional situation that has been going on here!"
