"THIS IS THEEE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE ANY PERSON SHOULD EVER SET FOOT IN!! Just because I can’t give zero stars otherwise I would.. I don’t even do my taxes here and just by going in there raised RED FLAGS . I went to accompany my boyfriend They not only put wrong information but the 1040 was completely off ,wrong names and numbers everywhere!! which According to “Ms. Lopez” it’s not a big deal but that’s not what the actual PROFESSIONALS (IRS & other tax preparers stated ) ....we waited 3!!!!! HOURS just to get told NONSENSE! Outta her mouth...save yourself the hassle and waisting money and TIME! And dealing with UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! ¡ESTE ES EL LUGAR MÁS NO PROFESIONAL QUE CUALQUIER PERSONA DEBE COLOCAR PIE! Solo porque no puedo dar cero estrellas, de lo contrario, lo haría ... Ni siquiera hago mis impuestos aquí y solo al ingresar allí se levantaron BANDERAS ROJAS. Fui a acompañar a mi novio. ¡No solo pusieron información incorrecta, sino que el 1040 estaba completamente incorrecto , con nombres y números equivocados en todas partes! que de acuerdo con "la Sra. López" no es un gran problema, pero eso no es lo que dijieron los PROFESIONALES (IRS y otros preparadores de impuestos) ... esperamos 3 !! ¡HORAS solo para que te lo cuenten sin sentido! ¡Fuera de su boca ... ahórrate la molestia y el dinero y la pérdida de TIEMPO! Y lidiando con el SERVICIO NO PROFESIONAL !!! ***BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU PLEASE READ MY STATEMENT AND SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN INNOCENT PEOPLE WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE ARE BEING SCAMMED***"

"My experience with this office was horrible. In none of the time I spent in this office getting my taxes done. I was never told that it will take 2 or more weeks to get my tax return. All of the other office that I went too, They we're right on the date. Do not file your taxes here. On top of all I got charge $40.00 for E-file to get my tax return. Go elsewhere people.. Update I called the IRS and they said that they don't know why tax prep are charging us to get our tax return in two weeks when it can take more than two weeks. I was charged $120.00 to get them in 2 weeks, And my taxes are taking 11 weeks more. The reason I went here is because the last lady that did my taxes told me I couldn't claim my step son who has lived with me since he was 2 month old. On top of all, I gave the lady my bank info to have my check direct deposit, And my check came in by mail.. Next year I will be buying turbo tax and do it my self."
