"I am very disappointed with the service that I received. I took two packages to them to be shipped to family at two locations in Brooklyn, NY. I packed then in sturdy boxes that I had and wrapped them both with brown shipping paper with Christmas cards taped to them with both the delivery addresses and my home address. I was told by management that they would have to be repackaged because they couldn't be shipped that way. They charged me $123.27 to do this and ship. My family was thrilled that there was something other than what was pictured in the boxes inside! This let me know that they charged me for services not rendered. "Employees are very nice and fast. I've never have an issue. But, they really need to tell the UPS drivers to never block the parking lot. It's a safety issue. Driver knew a couple of were people lined up behind him and didn't care."

"Best shipping store in Battle Creek. Very efficient with Amazon returns. Friendly staff but Beware of the prices of shipping boxes provided by them; they were going to charge my husband $27 for a box that he bought for $6 at UHaul just down Beckley. Parking is always a challenge and potentially dangerous in this tight, out of the way spot but I keep going there for the good service."
