"I was visiting Houghton in July and experienced some medical problems that required an emergency room visit, followed by the need for a prescription. There were some problems with my medical insurance so the employees called my pharmacy in Arizona to get the needed information. They filled my script and then the pharmacist, Nate, explained carefully how I was to use my inhaler, and had me try it on a sample inhaler until he was sure I could use it correctly. All in all, the experience was a great example of good customer care and excellent service."
