Fifth Third Bank & ATM

"Not a good bank I'm thinking they got something against native Americans treated me like I was a piece of garbage so unprofessional told me they didn't have to honor a check that was thru fifth third DEF DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! customer service no better!!!"

"Not really good with Bank mortgage payment. What I know is I lost more than 15000 dollars.I told them I paid this much on these days and they can’t find it? Really? Example, mortgage 1000 a month but I paid 9000 for 3 or 4 times a year on top of monthly payment. My mortgage balance still the same till I decide to payoff. 9000 three times is 27000 + 12000= 39000."

"Went in to cash a check with my wife's ID the teller told me to send her in and it would be a 4 dollar fee. She came back out with the check and the same lady was rude to her and said she couldn't cash the check. Left this location feeling a fifth third worse. I'll be sure to drive an extra hour to never go here again."
