"Usual oil maintenance is good and they are perfect in Attending recall’s. But on brakes quotation, it’s 600plus per axle put us difficult situation for decision making. It was miserable to know that I passed 1000 miles in 1 lakh miles warranty for changing steering column coupler that causes clunking sound in steering wheel. Part is $13 but its labor it quoted around 400. Both myself and dealer was helpless in this claim. Dealer willing to help but came to know they can’t claim the bill with Hyundai for this workmanship. I have been doing usual service maintenance with them right from 99k miles. If this would have been noticed during that time, it would have saved me a lot. Labour is quite costlier all around, but it would have been better both Hyundai and dealers can work together to save few bucks."
"First, this hyundai dealership is under construction and no one bothered to mention this when I called to schedule an appointment as my commute was about 1hr drive to the dealership. Second, I took my car in for a diagnostic to check the air bag sensor light to check and fix the problem. Car was at the service center for 3days, no calls or follow up, I had to do the calling because I needed my car for work. They sent me a link with a video of my car and a ridiculous quote running to thousands of dollars of some items that needed to be fixed NOT relating to the problem I brought the car in the first place. I was told they’d require additional diagnostic to check the air bag light sensor problem, which would cost me x2 of the initial amount i paid for diagnostic. I declined the service, went to the dealership the following day and collected my car leaving the same issue as I brought it in. This Hyundai dealership customer service sucks! All you care about is money NOT the value/customer satisfaction you bring to your customers. Don’t waste your time coming here! I’d advice you take your business somewhere else."
"Absolutely awful service! My car was diagnosed with an engine issue that fell under warranty. They quoted me over a year to fix. Once the car was there I had to show up in person to get anything done because phone calls were never returned. After three months of my car sitting in the lot, they were still quoting me over a year. Save yourself the time and go to a competent dealership service center."
