"Quoted me one price I was charged a hundred dollars beyond that. Terrible customer service."
"This place is the absolute worst!!"
"The corporate is terribly run, no customer service team. When you call the corp line you cannot talk to anyone unless you know an extension, after calling numerous times and leaving multiple VMs without a return call I was able to connect with their alleged controller, Grant Finn by simply just clicking the option to talk to accounting, I had left VMs for him before since I could not reach anyone. He was rude and kept hanging up on me, I am a customer of a franchise with a question about a return and the corp policy. He said it's a new phone so he cant transfer me, which I understand bc using a phone is so difficult....I assume since Auto-lab is such a small company by controller, Grant is actually prob a general accountant since he is answering the main general line. He is rude and was not helpful. Grant clearly has an ego and was very arrogant, as he kept saying he cant help bc he is so busy being the controller. Which he should be, he works for a small regional auto repair company. Get ready FORD here is your next superstar CFO!! What an idiot!"
"Update: The owner of the Mt. Pleasant location that did the work on my car offered an in-store credit as a partial refund. WOW. An in-store credit for future work I would never, ever, have them do on any of my vehicles, that's mighty big of you. I wonder what Frank Vandenberg (CEO) and Stephen Wilson (President) think of all of this. I haven't heard from them, so I assume they are very busy counting up all of the money they are making. This company sucks. They ripped me off big time and did unnecessary repairs on a vehicle that broke down 5 days later with the same problem that they supposedly fixed. I tried to call Stephen Wilson at the corporate office, but all I got was the runaround from the shop that did the original repairs. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL OVERPAY FOR SOMETHING YOU PROBABLY DO NOT NEED. Please, please, please get a second opinion before you let these people touch your car."
