"Inconsiderate, rude and gossiping teachers. I know about the personal lives of not only staff but parents too. If you feel comfortable and trust the teacher enough to tell them your business, I promise you the whole center has heard or knows about it. The gossip is unreal. Also as for childcare, not too bad but keep in mind that certain teachers scream at children, grab them up, and show clear favoritism. Lunchtime is rushed and kids are not given the full time to eat. Short staffed because they show no compassion or empathy for employees."

"The staff treat children horribly. They snatch their arms, scream to the top of their lungs and show favoritism to certain children. I saw with my own eyes a staff member snatching a child's arm. It's not the first time. Certain staff members should not work there. The owner is rude and disgusting. I believe she is racist. If you are not her kind she looks down on you. Please keep your children away."

"The most racist and rudest place I ever worked for. If you are not white forget about it. As the only person of color I felt unheard and unwelcome. Also, if you are brand new forget about them hearing you out and telling the true about what’s going on there. Erin is an aide in one of the prek classes and is so evil I cannot believe she is allowed to work with children. She screams at the children and is very controlling and manipulative. If she is being observed, she acts as though she is the sweetest with the kids, but the moment that person steps out she goes back to her evil ways. This place has lost Teachers due to her lies, manipulative ways, and behavior. Her class cannot keep a lead teacher because she wants to control everything and be the teacher. She gets upset and jealous because you are doing your job as Lead teacher and she wants to do it too. She will get upset if you message parents when you are in fact the lead teacher because she feels it’s her job when it’s not. She will interrupt circle time and have the kids do something completely opposite so she can feel in control. All she did was mean mug me all day long because I was doing my job as Lead teacher. She told lies about me to other teachers and staff to the point where staff didn’t like me although I done nothing but my job. She lied about kids having accidents that normally didn’t when they did because she wouldn’t follow the bathroom schedule. Not to mention is is best friends with the director so she in fact gets her way."

"We sent three children to Annie’s for a total of 10 full years(two kids went three years each and another kid went four). We had been to no less than 7 daycares before Annie’s in Chicago, Canton, Saline, and Ann Arbor. I can highly recommend Annie’s and their director and owner. After going to several franchises, I have learned to value dealing with an owner and it’s nice to be able to communicate with whoever is in charge. Annie and Jamie are there every day and are reasonable people who love children. If you value that, this may be your place. I am not associated with Annie’s in any way. If these opinions help another parent struggling to find quality care for their children, then that’s a good thing. You do need to remember that no daycares are perfect, even if some like to charge like they are."
