"First experience! I placed an order online that was scheduled for a 2p-10p pickup time. But I'd placed the order at approximately 11:45 a.m. and was hoping to pick it up while still in the area. Well, I get to the store and let me tell you customer service, customer service, again I say customer service! An associate named John approached me asking is there anything that he could help me with. I explained my situation, he looked up my order, and it was not ready yet. But John went ahead himself and collected all the items in my order and brought it to me while I waited in an isle!
