"I have been with United for over 12 years and nver had a problem. Tonya at the call center on the other hand is absolutely horrible. She was unwilling to help and just plain freaking rude. She was asked for information on the past 30 days and would not do it because “the account was too big for her to look for 30 days worth of information” isn’t it your job to give me MY information on MY account? She said to print off a statement If I wanted the information. I get paid biweekly. Shouldn’t be hard to look up the last 30 day direct deposits. Just horrible"
