"Came in to get some balloons made for a big photo shoot. Went out of the way to stop at this location. Was informed that they had no helium for the balloons. What manager dropped the ball that much that you ran out of frickin helium at a party/ balloon store? That's like going to popeyes, and they tell you that they're out of chicken. Inexcusable -stars if I could."
"Our trip to Party City was a good one! Staff was super helpful, the store is extremely well organized, and prices are economical. One item needed to be shipped, and since I was at the location when I set up home delivery on my telephone, Party City waived the shipping charge! That was a really nice online option.
