"Otis, the store manager, was very helpful and accommodating to help solve an issue I had. I purchased a Halloween costume a few days prior to the holiday, and did not need/wear the costume so I returned it the next day (still 3 days before Halloween). When I tried to return it (unopened in the original package and with the original receipt), the sales associate told me that my only options for a refund were either a merchandise credit or to exchange it for a different costume, instead of refunding to the original form of payment. I called customer service when I left the store, and Otis stepped in and was able to help. He was very kind and treated me with respect, but also was able to assist me in a refund back to my credit card. 10/10 service."
