Reviews
"There are too many disc golf specific sites to give a full review here, but I'll give you a nice summary. If you're out in the Leonard, Michigan area this is one of the best courses to play. It's a $10/daily for entry. Just get a pass. Disc Golf is $2 a round (possibly $3 now). Is it worth it? Well... The maintenance here is always on point, with nice trash cans that are emptied often, and an absence of trash not seen at the majority of other courses in the area. The course itself is also well maintained in terms of branches and limbs and wood chips and things of that nature. It tends to be a fairly dry course outside of the heaviest rains. It does get muddy after those types of downpours. For overall you will find few courses in Southeast Michigan that are as nicely taken care of as Addison. The layout is really easy to follow and from the short pads can be a very fun and easy course with lots of birdies. The long tees are much more challenging for the average player, but not a ton of distance or complex shots for those looking for the more serious and difficult courses. It can get crowded so it's best to play here early or if you come and see big crowds you can actually walk down the road past whole 3 and access the back half of the course or the last six holes if you want. There's also a fairly large field and a practice basket right by the parking lot. They typically have scorecards in the clubhouse. Overall this course is definitely one of my favorites for casual rounds or if I'm looking to battle a little bit more playing from the longs as a little bit more distance and makes the course that much more challenging. there are plans in the works to change it from 24 holes to 18, so get out there and play and the current layout while you still have a chance."
"One of my favorite local courses. Sometimes crosses walking and bike path, so be careful on nice days, but a great combo of wooded and open holes to require all types of shots."
"Great Course! Spread out around the park these 24 holes have cement pads and trash cans at every tee. Hole map and distance posted. Moderately challenging course with wide variety of shots. Many are in the woods. Some holes are open and a few are tight. Hole 10 and other areas flooded in the spring but still playable. Well worth the drive out!"
"Very nice area and a challenging , diversified disc golf course . I love it."
