"I was extremely disappointed in my service. I do not feel that everything was explained in enough detail or the proper things stressed. Due to this, my husband and I made an error that delayed our divorce and added a lot of confusion. This included my husband going to a court appointment that she (Jessica Casarez Scheid) assured me was canceled. When I indicated that this was a problem, she suggested that my husband was lying to me. I felt this was very unprofessional, as well as judgemental and not true. It caused a problem between us that had not existed before because he thought I was lying to him. I believe I was also given legal advice, which she is not qualified to give. She admitted to me today that she is not under any supervision from an attorney. The final straw was when I panicked and canceled the divorce temporarily because I could not complete the questionnaire for her on time to keep the date she had given me. I realized I had not worked out health insurance and some other details that I wanted included. I have since found out from the court that I could’ve delayed and finished the papers anytime within one year. I paid her almost $500, as well as filing fees, and now it has gone to waste! I will be doing it myself."

"Wow what a service! I used FTP to start up my LLC For The People walked me through step by step the complete process. I could go to their office and get face to face help or call them anytime during office hours to ask any questions I had. There was little to no footwork for me they even handled all the filing of the paperwork, GREAT. Other online legal documents and they just send me documents and no help after that it was NOT helpful. I would suggest this for anyone needing any legal document preparation help. Only 1 thing is that keeps it from being excellent I would have liked if it was online (extra convenience) to compliment the walk-in store."
