Again so we can title it in my daughter’s name. Would be nice if we could call to see if the system is back running. Have to schedule an appointment not knowing if I’ll get any sort of help at all. "As to be expected, waits vary and can be more than an hour depending on customer demand. However, there is an option to schedule an appointment online for a future date to avoid the wait. Should one provide one’s phone number and if the wait is long enough, one could even go shopping or reside within one’s vehicle and get a text notification when next in line. If there is a question about bringing enough documentation in, it is best to call the general support phone line before visiting an office rather than wasting time and not having all documentation. Also, some questions merely need a phone call to resolve. Sometimes easier items can be addressed at the pre-screening window and the entire process could be less than 15 minutes, if lucky. The location is in a nice spot, but a bit hidden. However, there is no need to worry about parking since there is more than an abundance. Some people get service faster or slower than others, it’s the luck of randomness of the flow and ebb of time. Other than that, staff is professional and there are security guards to safeguard the peace. It’s a SOS super-center, high capacity for higher demand."

"This is a great facility. Good location. Its gets super busy especially on Saturday mornings but with a very large staff of employees the lines stay moving along pretty well. Their system runs smoothly. Be patient if you go on a busy day tho, they are servicing a ton of customers. The online appointment system is nice too. It helps to move you thru faster."
