"The bugs are terrible popping out of the blue, on my bathing towels, in my kitchen cabinets etc. When I moved in, there were literal crickets that I had to catch and throw out. There were pills in the carpet. The area is sketchy with shootings and police. If you can't find anything in the housing market, I'd say this would be your best bet for cheaper pricing but prepare to be traumatized"

"Office managers are amazing! if your on 1st floor it's alot of bugs. But when you report a issue they promptly come out to address it. Depending on the building water damage happens alot."

"Only good thing I can say maintenance Comes to fix what needs fixed but it’s always bugs coming in the apartments smelly hallway. Rent goes up every year not worth it at all. Might as well rent a house then doing a 2 bed room here. Office stay are rude, it’s not where I want my kids at, to many problems"

"I CURRENTLY LIVE HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Police come in and out of this apartment complex like their station is here, Car break ins and people stealing car parts is very common here and the manager does not care. The Temperature of the apartment will never be a medium it’s either too hot or too cold. Shelly the property manager on site is completely unprofessional and lacks basic communication skills, She threatened to end our lease for asking questions regarding the living situation she also loves to throw out the words feeling threatened and harassed for no reason. Next we have found bugs in our apartment from another person we were informed that we had to call the office to get pest control sent out. I called Wednesday and was told that they would be here Friday between 11-12 on friday(today) I sat at home all morning until 1 waiting. I did call the office 3 times to confirm they were still in fact coming to our apartment. Finally when i called again around 1 Addy informed me that we were never put on the list for pest control to come to our home. She told us that next friday would be the next time they could come and that the new guy must not know how to put information in properly… Totally unprofessional in my opinion they shouldn’t allow new people to handle things if they are not trained properly."

"I've been renting a 2 bedroom here since January, so 8 months now, great experience! The office staff have been very kind and helpful with any questions. Maintenance has been prompt and respectful with the 2 minor repairs I needed. Parking is first come first serve, most days I get a spot right in front of my building and even on the crowded days once or twice a month I get a spot within 6 or 7 spots of the door. My unit's kitchen is newly renovated with top notch appliances, cabinets, countertops, and floors."
