"My kids and I LOVE it here. My Last apartment, it was a horrible stay. I was very unhappy. I was so happy when David called to advise of a new apartment just for me. It has been the best stay and i am a lot happier here. The best part is the balcony. I’ve always wanted a balcony and now that I have one, i can’t stay off of it. This is an amazing place to stay. Dave and his son, David are amazing and very understanding folks. Maintenance is amazing as well. He is always on time with orders and gets things done properly while in a timely manner. I will not be leaving her anytime soon. This is a home to me and I love every second and every inch of it here! So glad I made this move."
"My husband and I just moved in yesterday and I swear if I could live in these apartments for the rest of my life I would, not because of of the apartment but simply because of DAVID!!!! David is the manager of the apartment and I kid you not he is the nicest person I’ve ever met. No seriously THE NICEST!!! He made sure my husband and I moved in even thought we were having unexpected complications. He is the most sincere and caring human being ever and you can tell that’s genuinely his character. If y’all don’t believe go see for yourself."
