"I lived here years ago and still miss it!! Beautiful views! Very nice little club house on the water with a great pool!! Can't say anything on the downside, perfect place!!! Has a small marina too!only thing is this one management lady, Penny, if I knew someone and they weren't the best tenant she blamed it on me and more, but oh I loved living here!!!"

"I live here and there are multiple problems. Lower level units flood due to many located below grade. Enept management do not respond to requests. Balconies and decks very old and safety concern. Cars broken into at parking lots. Animals living inside roof and management will not act. And more....."
