Willowood Apartments

"I have been living here 5 years and I used to love living here but this past year has gone down hill.. garbage everywhere throughout the complex in the parking spots furniture and massive garbage by ALL dumpsters sticks and debris throughout the grass and sidewalks which can make u trip and fall. Dog poop everywhere on the grass it’s disgusting!! Not only that I have a neighbor from hell who blasts their music from afternoon to late night with the bass all the way up that wakes me up vibrates my walls and can hear it with my tv on I call and leave messages multiple times days and nights for months now to management with NOTHING done on this situation not even a call back from them about this. Young kids out late night screaming and fighting slamming car doors and racing through the complex like they are untitled to do so. I have mold under my carpets and under this awful wallpaper that has never been changed that looks yellow. I used to feel safe and sleep with my windows open now I don’t feel safe at all around here it’s really a shame how much I’ve seen this place go down hill."

"I have been living here for about 6 months now, and I love it here! Diana is absolutely the best! She is always there if I have any questions or need anything. It’s very quiet and such a nice place to live! I would give 1000 stars if I could!"

"Ive been here at Willowood for a month. So far- every need ( maintenance or otherwise) has been met with fast and friendly service. Any maintenance work is usually done well and with respect to your home. Upkeep and concerns are attended to when asked ( ie junk accumulating by dumpsters) I hope Diana continues to lease to quality neighbors"

"I lived at Willowood apartments for 7 years, and have had some issues resolved, and some I had to take care of myself. I have had problems with giant flies coming in from the vents due to dead animal under the unit, in which I had to cover the vents with cheesecloth to keep them from getting in, and mice where coming in through the dryer vent one winter because it was not properly attached until they had to replace the water tank, last year. The only good thing that I can say is that the neighbors where friendly and that I was able to plant flowers out front every year."

"I have been living here for a few months now, everyone has been great! This has been the perfect little home for me and my little pup. My fridge did break and my air needed to be changed, but I called the office and they handled it for me not a problem. Everyone around me is so nice and friendly, I have had no problems living here at all, and it’s great to have your own little space with a private door way! I love it here"
