"Lived here for a year, awesome staff. My unit was spotless when I moved in. Maintenance was very polite, professional and they always took care of concerns quickly. Never had any complaints!"

"If I could rate this place a zero I would. It’s the worse place to stay. Management & maintenance are terrible, they changed companies 3 times since I’ve been here & keeps getting worse. They half fix & don’t supply things that’s needed, money hungry, lie about everything & very rude (Valerie) when calling to make request/repairs . Apartment building doors are broke & anyone ( strangers/ homeless)can come in from out doors & enter the basement & sleep/ it’s not safe. Mailbox door broken/mail being stolen & they say it not their responsibility to fix it. They say they’re not going to replace anything unless you move out for 6 months & then return. Sunroof falling apart & not being fixed, can cause an accident & hurt someone. I do not recommend this place, you’ll regret it My original post was somehow deleted, I guess cause I had pictures/proof. But my view is still the same. DO NOT APPLY TO MOVE HERE/ TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!"

"If I could rate this place any lower I would this apartment has no current steady owner it changes every year and the owner gets worse and worse they have roaches, bed bugs, etc. that's not even the worse of it the management fails to fix things they have no sense of responsibility everything is the renters problem the door don't lock so homeless and/or strangers are able to walk in and live in basement or hallways there is no safety in any of the buildings. And if you call the office it is your responsibility they don't clean the carpet or anything they make the renter pay for everything even things outside of home they don't pick up trash it just blows in the wind all over the lawn. animal carcasses have been found in basement with torn walls along with black mold in basements laundry rooms is constantly broken and only 1 of the 6 apartment buildings have working laundry rooms. The current owners don't fix or repair things the employees are rude and harassing everything is about money for this company and I do not recommend even coming near this place as it is a horrid place with no sense of responsibility."

"Horrible place. Never have lived here. Went for a reviewing. The most nasty/dirty place to live. They are charging 1075 a month, i bed room , one bath, with nothing included, not even water. And they dont have any indoor laundry features. The hallways are full of old newspapers. I had to let people know before they waste there time, for a 40 dollar application fee. it's also under new management for 6 months, over priced and no features."

"I've been here less than a year. I work a lot and I poorly chose a 1st floor apartment. Your neighbors often dictate your experience and I live under people whose kids stay up too long, who constantly are buzzing people in even when it's still around 10pm, who have too many people in their apartment on a daily. To be honest. The environment in this apartment community is pretty ghetto. The constant weed smell and me finding condoms on the ground outside tell it all. I don't necessarily feel unsafe but it's ghetto...come on folks. The walls/ceilings are thin as they are in most apartments. The apartment itself is pretty outdated but everything in my unit works. Management or the owners have went up $100 and I just moved in November 2015. I feel for $800 I may as well spend a little more and find a place that offers better features. It's not a terrible place as I have definitely seen worse. The prices of apartments constantly go up so that is not very surprising. This place could be better but its not. All the places you are close by to in the area help a lot. Good luck!"
