"Cari in the office is very rude. She talks down on the seniors that live in the building. She's Very unprofessional she does not need to run this building. She will barge her way in the seniors apartment disrespecting them calling them out their name.she really needs to be removed from this establishment shes not a people person to be assisting these seniors."

"If i could rate this apartment No stars I would!!! Terrible customer service, no regard for senior citizens. The city of Detroit really need to come in and do an inspection of how this property is being ran. They have revolving doors when it comes to employees and I womder why? I would not recommend this place to aAnyone!!!!"

"This building should be knocked down its not fit to live in. This place has bedbugs, roaches and mice that out number the people, no one has treated the problem in over a year. I moved my family member out because it was making him sick."

"My mother has lived here for 5 years this place is a dump, roaches every where, mice in the entry of the building. Bed bugs were crawling in the hallways of her apartment and upper management refused to treat, the elevators BREAKS EVERY DAY.... she is wheel chair bound so this makes it impossible for her to get out of the building. Residents sell and use illegal drugs and prescribed drugs. Their has been no heat in her unit in which we were informed that THERE IS NOT AIR OR HEAT IN ANY UNITS THAT ENDS IN "6". THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!! SMH THE GOVERMENT HAS FAILED OUR SENIORS!!! Wedgewood Management is by the worst management company I have every encountered. The regional manager comes out and refuses to speak with Residents unless they threaten to go to the news or HUD."
