"This place is the worst place ever! Yes, it’s been a while since I’ve lived here but from the reviews, it hasn’t changed much. Judy is doing whatever she does, gossip, gossip, and fake! I started moving in there after my separation, it seemed on a daily basis. Judy needs to find an “issue” with anything. The owners of the actual apartment buildings are very good down to earth people. I don’t know why they allow Judy to continue one after all these years. The apartments are a good size, it’s unfortunate that they haven’t replaced the windows after all this time. I think with this place needs is new management and a fresh look. It looks so dated. They need to get rid of the office lady."

"Outdated units with thin apartments windows. Management (one person) doesn’t care much about any of the request to fix things. You won’t be able to reach anyone(the one person) in the office unless you actually go there. But that will be a waste of time because she doesn’t return calls or requests to resolve your issues."

"I do not have one negative thing to say about Villa Du Lac and the management here. I wanted to write a review my first week living here because I was that in love with my new home. The property is clean, friendly and private. The property manager Judy is such a fun, caring, professional manager. The maintenance worker Brandon is a funny yet serious worker and was knocking at my door the next morning when I needed some things to be calked/looked at. As we all know with apartments, you read the bad reviews and click away. The negative reviews on here are not true in my opinion. I love it here so much, I even talked a family member into living here as well. Judy will answer any question you have with honesty, which was what I noticed and appreciated while looking at the unit. I just love where my home is and love I have this villa du lac community filled with such professional/caring workers and kind/neighborly residents!"

"Don’t waste your time or money here. Brandon is the only saving grace of this apartment complex, every interaction I’ve had with management left me feeling like they never cared about their tenants. As others said, would give ZERO stars if it was an option. It’s a shame too because it could be the nicest place to rent in Saint Clair Shores. Seems like owners don’t care about anything than the rent checks coming in. Units are outdated and the dead grass and landscaping are all but welcoming."

"If I could give this place a 0 stars I would...customer service is everything for one I called the office during what they have posted as their "Business hours" the lady who answered the phone whom seem to be already having a really bad day or sucks at customer service not once did she ask me what I was calling for TO start, then I asked for the owner or somebody over the hotel contact information she said to write a letter or call the office so asked to speak to that person I wastold he wasn't in the office is never in the office don't have a voice mail nor do they have ANYTPE OF WAY TO CONTACT THEM.......so I'm confused on if I can call the office and speak to somebody...... and to put the icing on the cake while I was in mid sentence .. she said okay have a nice day and hung up the phone. I think that my mom well be looking into anther place and if she would of asked me my name she wouldn't have assumed I was somebody name Lauren.......Great customer service.....NOT"
