"Communication the day of the closing was really poor between America's One and my lender. Hours went by with no responses to their questions and no delivery of information they needed. As a result, the loan did not fund until the next day, adding additional unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation. There is no excuse for this. Closing date was set weeks in advance and all other parties were ready. Not sure why this happened (understaffing?) but no explanation was given. I will not use America's One again if I can help it."
