"Absolutely disliked my facilitator! I thought she was bias and didn’t do accurate reporting! Facilitators do not have to answer to anyone so you can’t express your worries and observations, the head manager won’t do anything to look into them. They do the bare minimal job because this is their part time job and no consequences for mistakes. If a GAL, teacher, daycare facility, assisted living facility, police officer, etc can be reported to a state department I think these “social works” should be able to as well."

"This place is supposed to assist in bringing families back together and helping through the supervised visitation process, etc. They could not care less about their clients, their families, or bringing anyone together. Their employess are there for their pay checks and have no concern for anyone who goes through them. They talk to their clients with no manners, they treat their clients like they are bad parents for being there and they do nothing to work with anyone who goes through them as far as scheduling visitation etc. They will withhold court ordered visitation if someone does not have the ability to pay their weekly fees in full, and if you get behind more than 2 weeks of payments (even though they are not supposed to withhold visits until you are 5+ payments behind). The visitation center is located in a very old house that needs repairs and serious cleaning, as it is not clean at all. Highly reccomend going through a center that actually genuinely does care about their clients and helping them to get their court ordered time with their child/children and genuinely wants to being parents and their children back together as the ultimate goal; Not this place, who's case workers are just there because they have to be, and don't care at all if people see their kids or don't."

"If I could give this negative I would. Its the friday before Christmas, I have a video visit that's scheduled EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY. This is the 4-5 time that visits have been botched. I get 15 minutes a week to talk to my 2 daughters and once again, I don't even get to do that. Merry Christmas."

"This is such a warm and friendly place. For families going through tough times, this place does its best to make it feel like a home and make sure all children and the families comfortable. It's also a great place to work. The staff are all like family and try to help everyone out when needed."
