"I have found a community of folks that are simply doing their best and the community seem to be relatively cohesive. I've had no issues with maintenance and have a very spatially economic living space. Given that this was near the Ambers, I had reservations that it might be like them, but having been here 6 months, I can say that aside from the predictable and expected issues that come with living in a community, I have met some great folks and have had a more than satisfactory experience! Plus Al the manager is very good and succinct with clerical / management events and I appreciate that greatly."

"When deciding on which place to pick, I went with this complex. The main reason I did instead of others, was that they had a pool. I just found out recently, that the pool was closed for the rest of the year because of covid. So the response earlier to another that they would open when they could was misleading. According to Whitmer, pools could have been open last year, and now with CDC guidance there is no restrictions for capacity outside. I think they should give residents a credit for the missing amenity of the pool. The manager has been helpful and explained that the pool being closed for the rest of 2021 was the owner's idea. I requested that residents and prospective residents have some kind of notification that the pool will be unavailable all year, that way they know that they won't be able to use it."

"Al is the best manager!!! Always greeting you with a smile and incredibly accommodating. The complex is relatively quiet and my request for service (repairs etc.) has been prompt and professional! Thank you Al for always trying to improve our Rochester house community!!!"

"Adrian is a great manager - she attended to my move-in maintenance requests promptly and is super responsive to any questions. Yes, the building is older, but it is well maintained. Really can't find a better, more inexpensive place to call home in the area."
