"Overpriced. The townhouses are older although they were recently purchased and "renovated" by Amber. Lots of half-ass updates to get renters in and out quickly. Signs of water damage in walls and ceilings. Missing a lot of finishing touches in the kitchen and bathrooms regarding baseboards, grout, etc. White paint over brown wooden closet doors that peels right off. Management is ok to deal with but there's not much competition in the area so they don't have to be that good."
