"I ordered a new leather jacket from a well-known mass marketer. I'm an EX-LG. The tag on the jacket sent to me read. "EX-Large" but in reality, it was more of a medium to a large. I returned and reordered a 3X-LG. A perfect fit, but on inspection the jacket had two major flaws. The zipper was put in backwards and the side tabs on the waist had only one snap, instead of two, meaning there was no waist adjustment. The second jacket was returned, and I was discouraged. I found the Reed Sportswear website and placed a call. 'Rusty" took my call, listened to my plight, and assured me a Reed leather jacket EX-LG would fit and not have the flaws of jacket #2 and at a price I was looking for. He was right. I bought and I'm very pleased with my new Reed jacket. Thankyou Rusty and Reed Sportswear, I will be back."

"My wife and I stopped in here today as I had an older Reed jacket that needed the lining replaced and also looking for a new leather jacket. Success on both counts. The sales lady was extremely nice and helpful and they have a great selection of leather items. Some are made right there in the factory and others are imported. Highly recommended if you are looking for an alternative to the mall stores. One tip: they sell on Amazon so check the prices before you go or have your phone with you. The price they quote you may be higher than online but they will honor the lower price."
