"We banked here for over 15 years, with mortgage and long term saving accounts with then. I went into the branch cause my son would like to open his first bank account. There were only 1 banker and someone else already waiting, so we were asked to come back later or go to a different branch. After half an hour, we came back and no other customer were there, they told us they can't help us to open an account today. There is another hour before they close!! We were asked to make an appointment on Monday--- a school day and I work in a different city. My 7 year old son was really disappointed. He asked me why they can't help us. Do they not know what they are doing? I guess not. So, we will be banking elsewhere."

"It's because you guys keep my money from me for longer than you're supposed to my checks are 5th 3rd checks so they're supposed to be available the day I cash them. Your customer service is horrible too every time I have a issue it takes forever to get it figured out nobody knows what they're doing. BTW your a muti BILLION dollar company. You should make Everyone's funds available same day. There's no reason you can't."

"I stopped there today to reopen an account that they apparently closed and Sally immediately judged me as something not having money. She immediately played me off is not worth her time, and actually said to me that it probably isn't worth it to open an account for me. I'm glad me and my wife do not bank their regularly anymore. Because of this. I will keep my loan for my brand new trucks at Michigan State University Credit Union because they actually care about you and do not judge you as soon as you walk in the door. Actually went to LMCU and set up an account with no hassle, took 15 minutes and had new debt cards when I left the building."
