"Great place to live I don't know what this folks talking about The management are good people maintenance arrives on time to assist with any problems. For people that speaking on Park high apartments and say they don't live there it must be your company that's living nasty your people have roaches I never seen a roach in my life in my apartment"

"I will NEVER recommend anyone live here EVER. If there are any 5 star reviews on here its either the people who lived here before the new management came or its the property landlord making fake reviews. This place is BEYOND DISGUSTING. There has been a roach infestation for the past year in my building and the lady in the office with glasses is a liar. She'll tell you she'll send someone out to fix a problem in your unit and never does. No one is rarely if ever in the office or even answers the phone which explains why so many people who tried to apply here won't get a call back. Good luck if you try to get any repairs done THE RIGHT WAY in your unit. Don't let the cheap rent price fool you. The way they got people living here the rent should be FREE"

"My friend lives here and her bathroom flooded so bad out into her bedroom and living room due to the poor quality of the unit and now they're saying they won't get the water damage up because they're trying to evict her????? Who would want to make rental payments and sleep in a flooded home are y'all slow??? This place is pathetic just like the management and maintenance. DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"This place is terrible. I don't even live here but just knowing someone who lives here and coming over has me appalled every time. They haven't fixed their laundry machines for months, they never answer maintenance requests, they failed a building inspection recently and just left the "FAILED" sticker up on the door. This place is deplorable and really shows what's wrong with the rental industry in this country and terrible, lazy, incompetent management. You might as well live under a freeway underpass."

"DON’T DO IT Maintenance never answer requests. The leasing office is always empty. You can’t contact anyone but somehow rent is always deducted each month. This place just has terrible management. The hallways are never clean and the front and back door is broken. A homeless women literally comes in at night and sleeps in my building laundry room. The only update I’ve seen them do is put up an exit sign."
