"I lived here for one year. The apartment itself was decent for the price; you only pay for electricity, it has stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and in-unit laundry. The biggest problem is the lack of soundproofing. I heard every single thing my neighbors were doing above me and across the hall from me. Using the exterior door to the shared entry space could be heard throughout the building, too. My packages were never stolen, but since the exterior door locks, package carriers leave orders outside with no protection at all. There’s no storage locker despite having a massive basement space, which is disappointing since the closets are so small in the unit. The patios are pointless since your view is either 14 Mile Rd or the parking lot, so the noise is ridiculous. I’d suggest this place to those who are first time renters or college students who don’t want to live on campus."
