"One of the nicest places to live. I had to leave the state for health problems but, I wish I could get back home. I'm home now, it's good to be back .I had to establish residency in another state to qualify for stem cell. Dearborn, did there absolutely their best to get me home. Living here is like one big family. I feel at home here."

"I have never ever heard a business disrespect their tenants in such a way in my life. The people who work in the office are very rude. If something is wrong with your apartment it takes MONTHS to get done. The management is lazy and does the least possible to fix any problem. My grandfathers room on the 10th floor had soaking wet carpet and the drywall is turning into soggy mush. The leak is going past the 4th floor in the walls and many other people that live here are having the same problem. The management says it because it is an old building and they cannot find the problem. My grandfather is over 80 years old and not one time did they offer to clean the water out of his carpets. It has been going on for months. It is completely ridiculous. This place is a complete dump! I do not recommend this place for anyone."
