"To much petty things going on !!! If you want a parking spot best be someone’s buddy or you won’t get one it should be first come first serve when it comes to parking not I’ll put a list out and ppl can move parking spots and than what’s left new ones may get !!! Nonsense !!! And having ppl with more than one car what’s that . Come on let’s be fair this isn’t high school Jerry ! Can’t have this rule and than change it cause it don’t work for you buddies"
"A very nice place to live especially because you can socialize with other tenants. The only problem is the elevators keep going down. Last week the heat went out for one day which wasn't too bad. It is kept up very well and very very clean. All offices are volunteers. By that I mean the President and Vice President gardening everything is volunteer. Corporation that owns it is called CSI."
"Don't let the views fool you! It has a beautiful landscape BUT it's not worth what comes with it. My mother lived here for a couple years and what could go wrong, went wrong. I was disrespect on a daily when I visited to see my mother, to say that the people are rude is an under statement. There have been several incidents of violence between tenant's, if not physical it's verbal. The rent continued to go up which was surprising because the evaluators never worked. They have 2 elevators and hardly ever would they both work. Leaving residents stranded at the bottom/lobby waiting for 20mins pluse for an elevator. In an emergency they would have to carry the tenant down several flights of stairs to get them to the care they need when time can be very precious in that situation. There is very limited parking for visitors and the cars that are parked in the lot for the tenants get vandalized very often. In the winter it is not a priority to get the parking lot cleared for your loved one, so God forbid if they have a walker, wheelchair or anything to assist them to get around. When problems as such arises the VP, the president, management, the liaison officer and even the police would be notified and nothing was ever done. The building is supposed to be unassisted living but you can tell the management just looks for a paycheck seeing they have tenant's that need more care than allotted. This often leads to higher frequency of ambulance visits to the property. So all in all if you have a loved one looking into making this place their next home I would look elsewhere if you care about them, their happiness and their quality of life."
"Moved here seven months ago and love it. My neighbors are wonderful and it is truly lovely to have a great view of the River. A real blessing to live here!"
