"The elevator has not worked non this year. The hallway smells bad. Homeless people live on the property for free. Old owners didn't fix the building. The new owner have only fixed the leaking roof. No water no warning. No paid for utilities that work such as water heat air conditioning. I have to take the stairs to my unit that I pay for every month...Do not rent from this apartment they tell lies lies lies"

"The grounds upkeep is horrible, it smells like raw sewage and it’s just filthy. During this pandemic you would think the cleanliness of the building would be priority but it’s not. There’s no number to contact anyone only email, the elevator has been down for two months and there are sewer flies everywhere. I can’t wait to move......."

"TERRIBLE. The management has changed several times to ultimately get worse with each change. The building wasn't kept up before the fire that occurred and I believe they set the fire for an insurance job. I lived here for 2 of 3 years with no working elevator and once they fixed the elevator, they told us the washing facilities couldn't be used because it would "blow the circuit to the elevator." Some trade off huh? It gets extremely hot in the winter and they control the heat. But if you mention it, there really isn't "anything they can do about it." They never answer the phone or respond to voicemails. If you do happen to get someone on the phone, they know absolutely nothing or make something up. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"No AC in the summer, no washer or dryer in the north building, no one is ever in the leasing office. Poor grounds upkeep. The phone line for the leasing office is always busy. The unit is decent just old carpet, the bathroom wasnt painted well at all. We couldn't even see the unit until the a couple days before i moved in. No control of heat in the winter."

"I was told the day I went to sign my lease that the ac and elevators did not work. I had already started moving so I could not do anything. This gave me a bad impression of the lady I was dealing with throughout the application process and the company as a whole. Thank God I stayed on the first floor. I hated the summer, I would get out the shower and start sweating. I had to put a fan in the bathroom. In the winter (due it being an old building though it can still be improved) it would be so hot I would have to open window and risk getting sick to cool off. Their solution to the ac issue was to bring in a portable unit that we were responsible for maintenance wise and that would raise your electricity bill. Having an efficient HVAC unit/system is a necessity and no tenant should risk a additional increase in utility bills for an issue that should be up to par. There were also times when the hot water went out. This isn't necessarily maintenance fault but I figured any potential tenants to knw the truth. Hopefully they've fixed these problems since than or they will continue to loose tenants. The ONLY reason I gave 3 stars is because maintenance was prompt (with me anyway) and management was as far as customer service was good."
