"I lived there for a yr in 2015 my first apartment on my own. I loved the leasing lady her name was Robin I believe when I was trying to move back she said she was leaving and a new management was taking over. so I think that's where the bad reviews come from, from this new company. ill definitely pass on moving back I see because when I stayed there it was okay, for it to be in the hood. everything that needed to be handled maintaines came within 24 hrs. only downfall to the building was it always smelt like weed, and other smells from other people apts. they need ventilations in the halls. other then that great place I didn't have a problem with bed bugs, roaches none of that stuff. and the other great part was the balconies."
