"I’ve been here for three years. A very great spot to live in. You can literally step foot outside and be downtown Ferndale. The apartment it’s self is nice but I’m outgrowing the whole one bedroom. I believe all the apartments here are 1 bedroom. I’m blessed to have beautiful neighbors and they all were here 5 plus years before I got here. I have really no complaints. At first I found it weird for us not to have a person on site but management reaches out to you in a reasonable time via email and via phone."

"I had an appointment to veiw a bedroom apartment with Leca Logan at 1pm today and she never showed up! I paid my $25 yesterday for the application and couldn't even veiw the apartment! I called her over 10 times and never got an answer and even waited 40mins for her just in case she was running late! Don't waste your time the management and Leca are a joke."
