"I have been going through a lot in this building since I've been here my rent is always paid before my due date I love my apartment I keep it clean is when they spray they Don't spray all apartments at one time but I really love my apartment I keep it clean my walls are clean my walls are clean there's nothing ever broken in my apartment I try to work with them best I can I lost my key they say I have to buy another one I am fine with that now I found out they going to change the mailbox it's called subsidized I feel I don't have to pay for the key if you replace in the mailbox instead of giving me a key that you already have a we never have attended meeting is just a little things they pick with us with it don't make sense now they telling me I got to wait till they get a new mailbox in before I get a key I have important mail coming you know what will be good for this summer for us to have a meeting with the owner of the building it will be more appreciate it yes I have been on this website site since December it really would mean a lot if we can get someone down here to have a meeting we would like to see the owner of the building sometime or someone taking his place beside the manager we just need a meeting I'm one in attendance that care about my home if you see this message can you please the owner of the company of this building can you please just come out and let's have a meeting and will be appreciate mis polk"

"This place was better when it was 55 years old n up only. now they just let anyone move in and always arguments and fights front desk lady getting pay for doing nothing ,she's never in the office , I feel bad for the elderly living here ,since they let young people move in now who don't respect anyone and are thief n always high n drunk. I only met one young couple who are nice n clean."

Crystal the property manager has so much respect and you can definitely tell she loves her job she’s really good at it. Great person. I plan on being here for as long as possible.
