"I’m a current resident and I’m ready to move my first two months here everything was good but then the true nature of the area started showing they don’t update things or really fix it more like cover it up and make it look nice they don’t enforce the common areas being clean so the hallways and outside the buildings are always littered with trash the staff does their best to keep it clean but some residents make this place unbearable by being so dirty and dirtiness brings rodents, stray animals, homeless people looking around for stuff they can keep, and insects and bugs in general im over it"

"The property is looking a lot better with the new repairs and updating their doing. It will take some time to finish but it will look better when they are done. They need to work on locking these doors because Random people just come in the buildings and sitting around in the hallway or hiding in corners and I don't that at all when I have small kids and I don't know what anyone intentions may be."

"This place is awesome I’ve been here for 2months and the place is clean, quite the grounds man keeps the lot clean the maintenance guy is around 24/7 and determined to get all repairs done . The front office manager is great she is ver hands on with everything. I recommend this apartment to anyone that’s looking for a nice up and coming and reasonable price complex. I forgot to mention the 24/7 surveillance camera. I give the apartment and staff 10 ⭐️"
