"I got what I prayed for but I’ve had issues with living here. They patched this apartment poorly. We had no screens when we moved in so my husband made us some. My bathroom had water leaking from the apartment above us. We just got heat and my dishwasher still doesn’t clean the dishes. The cycles run but it doesn’t clean the dishes. I’ve complained about that many times but still nothing is done about it. Our buzzers don’t work either. I’m hoping with the new maintenance team we can get things accomplished. So far, we do have heat! Still my dishwasher doesn’t clean."

"I was looking for a place for my brother to live. I called Gale Gardens and Jennifer answered the phone, what luck! What an amazing person and manager, she helped me get an apartment for my brother who has special needs and never once did she make him feel inferior. This is his first place ever and Jennifer and Gale Gardens made that happen. He is very happy there!"

"The company I work for (Air Comfort Pro) just recently installed 80 mini split units in this complex as part of a Dte project. They are air and heat ductless units(not only air units) in over half of the apartments."

"I wish i could give zero. This is me writing a review staying in gale garden. Worst worst worst place ever. Just waiting to get out from here next month. Please don’t come to this hell. You will have your worst experience ever. Not safe. The photo is of the basement where the way is blocked by random door frame. Not safe for sure. In winter i got my leg injury after falling down on snow. They don’t have time to plow the snow. Can see poop of the pets everywhere. Swimming pool is closed been years and years. You have to run to the leasing office but don’t hope that they really care. Worst place ever. Never wanna see this place ever again in my life. Just wanna get out of here."
