"The first contract I signed here, they whited it out after I read and I signed it. The day I was supposed to move in, they called me to tell me I would need to bring another (larger) stated amount for my deposit and I was very confused by that until I saw the "updated" contract. It was very sketchy, but it ended up being alright I guess, it was just very odd. I was also told that the apartment was cleaned before I moved in. (my fault for not seeing it before moving in) it was absolutely disgusting. I did not invite anyone over the entire time I was there because it was humiliating. The carpet should have been replaced at a minimum. That was horrific. The apartment pros are that the square footage is really nice to have and they are pet friendly and I never actually had to have too much fixed at my unit and maintenance always showed up after the second call, which was nice. But, being close to highways and factories is quite awful some nights. (not their fault, but exhaust and factory smells would be awful to be honest and last all night) Another unfortunate thing is they only have one area to throw out trash, so all residents are using the same area and walking around with trash and of course trash bags are only so durable and tends to get around. Definitely not quiet, I could hear neighbors all of the time, though I did live on the middle floor, which I highly do not recommend, but that was my own doing. I do see other comments about the parking here, yeah they definitely would benefit having more parking available, especially since there were some weekends where it was difficult to find a parking spot and I lived there. If you parked in the car ports, they would get really mad and constantly send out letters to all units about getting fined for not following the rules. This would happen for many things, and it felt like they were keeping a weirdly odd close eye on everything."

"Community common areas are not open to residents as advertised (neither gym, pool, club house). I explained to the lady in leasing office, I had just moved and have no car to get to nearest coffee shop to work remotely and she insisted to not let me in for work."

"My husband and I lived here for a year and we so enjoyed our time living here. We are TRULY sad to leave. The complex is fairly priced given its quality and amenities. It’s a short drive from beautiful downtown Dearborn & close to Detroit, the grounds are well kept, maintenance is on top of your requests, and my husband and I felt safe living here. Robin & Brenda are great to work with & always pleasant. We would absolutely recommend living here!!"

"I have lived here since 2012 my first two years was on the third floor I loved my apartment. I’ve since moved to the first floor and the last two and a half years of living on the first floor has been the worse. I’ve complained to the front office regarding the tenants above me who has no regards of being polite regarding stomping when walking above my head. I pay rent just like they do and I deserve to enjoy my apartment just like they do, management does not seem to care they only put letters in their file. The tenants above me knows that nothing is going to happen and they continue to walk like no one lives in the apartment below them. I can’t break my lease I’m stuck here until December 2020 I would not recommend this apartment complex to no one. All tenants should be treated with respect, I feel I have not been. I pay my rent just like they do I keep my apartment immaculate I don’t call on maintenance unless necessary. For the money that I do pay the apartment has not been updated since I’ve been here but the front office has. Sign displeased tenant."

"I've lived here for about six months now, and I really like it! Dearborn isn't the most exciting city, but for the price and comfort of the apartment, it's worth it! In particular, the maintenance staff is awesome! I've had to wait and my order has been lost before, but I would think that's normal. Even so, the maintenance staff does anything and everything to assist the tenants and always with a great attitude! They are friendly, genuine, and helpful! Shout out to Lorenzo who has been here since I moved in, and has continued to be excellent!"
