"Lived there about 3 years ago. Manager was unprofessional police called on him for pushing me down the steps when trying to pay rent. Got everything recorded and Lincoln Park police did nothing about it. Ask to many personal questions when it don’t pertain to him. Would never rent from here again."

"The manager is super rude and uptight. It's a fight with him to get a lease agreement in writing! Very unprofessional and I sense a bit of prejudice from him. Think twice about dealing with this apartment manager."

"Called to see if they had an apartment available and he started asking way too personal questions. Then proceeded to tell me what to do with my life and then they had nothing available. The guy was clearly bored and nosey. Very unprofessional!! If he's running things I'd be worried. Just an overall creep."

"I called down to get some information on the apartments and the guy on the phone (probably the manager) was rude about it. He said "I don't have time for you if you're not interested in getting an apartment." I told him that I was, which was the point in me calling for information. He said "Well, I don't know what to tell you, because we're full." First of all, why didn't you just say that in the first place? I just thanked him anyways despite his rude tone and he said "Yup." If this is how you treat newcomers, then I'm afraid to see how you treat tenants. Best to avoid this place."

"Overall good experience. Rent is really cheap & you pay electric thats it cant beat that. Cameras inside and out of building. Cold AC. Manager is really fair and a understanding. Maintenance guy always there to fix things. Only reason i moved out is because i found a house."
