"Never move here they maintenance guys are lazy the property manager is rude and so is the owner of those nasty ass buildings they charge you 600 for a 2 bedroom and never want to fix nothing the door are always broke no hot water I had a hole in my front door for months before the so called maintenance guys came and fixed it the porches are all broken up and missing bricks my mailbox door came off everyday after they fix it it took them 3 days to fix my toilet all the sockets didn't work in the building I never had an ac unit I would ask FLOYD the property manager for one he would say I got you when the come in never called and said their in the basement had all type of dead animals in it rats roaches you name it the place was crawling with bed bugs I wasn't their for a week and I seen them FLOYD told me maybe you brought them with you remind you I didn't move any of my stuff in so how did I bring them with me the building had all types of holes they fixed months later when they so called maintenance guys fix the door it still doesn't work so if you park in the front you have to go out the back because the front door doesn't open FIRE HAZARD he never got the gate fixed FLOYD OR KEN THE OWNER only good thing about FLOYD is he cool on the rent if you don't have it all he'll be reasonable with you other than that don't waste your time the list goes on and on bad plumbing just look else where"
