The Langford at Telegraph Apartments

"Wish it was possible to give no stars but this the only way you can commit. Yes it is a very nice apartment clean and quiet affordable. The staff is very rude the Maintenance man will walk into your crib and flick switches thinking that's fixing something. Overall they just need new stuff because Diana Is very rude and her maintenance man has no type of brain action going on in his head. Currently looking for somewhere else to go like I said it is very nice but the stuff is not they are rude and they maintenance is a no brainer. Oh There is another lady in there last name hood that she just have no type of way to talk to people. Really do think her and diana needs to be slapped just saying on my opinion."

"I've stay at Langford close to a month now and I like it here. It's pretty quiet and comfortable which is a plus. If any repairs are needed the wait period is not long at all. The office staff are also very friendly! Call and ask for Property Manager Ms.Hood, she can definitely help you find what your looking for at an affordable rate."

"Currently apartment hunting came across this location appeared to b remodeled great upkeeping. I called and thr lady was not very customer friendly. FYI it's best yo hire someone that will win new tenants than drive them away. Customer service is everything. It's not Novi or Westbloomfield but at least u can have better attitude on the phone. I hope u have a better day. Stop scaring customer off."

"I would like to share another experience of the Langford. They are getting the park lot patched but sent a text out threatening too tow are vehicles. I called yesterday and asked where we should park. They stated they didn’t know and we have to figure it out. First and foremost as tenants we should be treated better. I asked for a refrigerator because the door is splitting at the rubber still no fridge. I asked for them to glaze my sink and tub still no maintenance. Not too mention I have almost fell numerous of times in the tub from it being too slipper. I asked them to come and fix my toilet tissue roll still waiting. I just don’t understand the logic of this place. Yes I have been behind on my rent a few times due to financial hardship but I got it done and paid the late fee. I guess they punish there tenants. Just please turn the other chick when looking at these apartments. It’s even worse that the hot water goes out during the winter time and you go at least two days without it and have to find another means to bath. I just can’t! I’m not a bad tenant at all. I just asked to be treated fairly!"
