"This started off well. BUT Then maintenance declined. Then management changed to Tanisha and declined way way worse. They started having more maintenance issues and break ins into units and cars. The gate is never closed. Then they found black mold and refused to fix it. They rerented the unit KNOWING there was black mold in there. Black mold can kill people and is toxic. This is how much they don't care about residents. The mold came from the chimney work not being done properly. And water was also running down my windows from the roof. You could see water damage inside the unit. They didn't fix that either. Not to mention, they let a contractor ruin some of my items for my school. The unit was uninhabitable,but they still wanted to back charge me for days I couldn't live there. They charged me one price, and then many mnths later, they back charged me a different price, hundreds of dollars more."

"I hate it here! They won’t allow me to break my lease. There are roaches in the hallway that have come into several people’s apartment. I have a neighbor who stated that she had bed bugs. Ever since the new Manager Tanisha has been here she is never available. She doesn’t make sure that the gate is locked for us tenants that pay rent every month but so quick to send that letter if you rent is late. I have had my older car went into and then stolen from here and my newer car went into, and vandalized. Guess what, the gate was OPEN. The lighting outside has been out for months. When I moved here Cornelius made sure that the gates were fixed. We didn’t have these problem. He was great! He built relationships with his tenants. The hallways are so trifling and also they don’t come to repair your things. I put in an order in January they still have not come to fix. Told them about the roaches in the hallway in January! Never came. I told them my faucet needs to be tightened, my water was not running hot even though my bill was paid three times. They haven’t fixed the fixture above my stove. They haven’t fixed the cabinet hanging in my kitchen. They didn’t fix the mold issue in my bathroom yet they keep saying they’re coming to check your apartment. Why aren’t you fixing the things that needs to be fixed here? This place is so miserable. I would not recommend moving here at all. They also need to fix the main door because it doesn’t close all the way. There was a man that was just squatting in the hallway and I had to keep calling the police! They don’t care about your safety at all. There’s a huge hole in the main part of the hallway as-well."

"This place is annoying. I been over here since July . And steady have to keep calling for things to be done in my house. I have kids they don’t care for the water being fixed or fridge being fixed the air being fixed nor do they care about my front door . These people are unreliable"

"They have mice due to small dumpsters & will not put poison out there. People leave trash on the grounds. They have major issues. Sand & water seeping into the basement causing mold. Limited maintenance staff that responds slowly & usually only does patch jobs. A neighbor had a broken window for many weeks. Staff is rude and unresponsive. Contractors ruined some items and they won't reimburse. They have failed many city inspections and even state too. This management cares about saving money not tenants comfort. They are always behind in paperwork and staff turnover is high due to being mistreated or overworked. I wouldn't come here is my honest recommendation."
