"Relatively clean place. Outdated kitchen counters, cabinets and appliances. Same for the bathroom. Not incredibly outdated, but give it 5 more years and you’ll be stepping back into a time machine. I feel this is why people say it’s over priced renting here. It’s pretty quiet, I honestly can say that. Not very many kids running around or noisy neighbors outside of one or two. Grounds are well kept and the maintenance workers are polite and helpful. Each of them I have encountered have been a pleasure. The office though… most of the time they are polite. One of them, Andrea- will take a defensive and passive aggressive tone when you ask questions. It’s actually somewhat confusing as this is their job- to answer questions. Simple things seem to set her off. I chose to ignore it a few times, but have to be honest. She’s unprofessional and unqualified. Maybe some retraining in the basics of the job and/or customer service is needed if the responsibilities of the position are causing frustration? Corporate should take note in all honesty. All in all- It’s a nice place to live! If you avoid Andrea, you’ll surely love how most things are handled. Andrea truly needs an attitude adjustment- and to realize that she likely doesn’t even make the 3x monthly rent required to live in this outdated place. You ain’t special, Sweaty. You’re a leasing manager."

"Absolutely some of the best apartments Downriver. Beautiful grounds, clean pool, within walking distance of a great market, CVS, etc. Maintenance is completely ahead of things, sometimes addressing issues literally within minutes of submitting requests. Lovely place to live in my opinion"

"This place is probably one of, if not, the best apartment complexes in Southgate. The front office ladies are very kind and helpful, and maintenance is awesome as well. They have other things to take care of throughout the day, but if they don’t get to you right away i promise you’re next on their list! The maintenance supervisor is very kind and helpful and has helped me with even the smallest things I needed done. If you’re looking for a good apartment in the downriver area this is it!"

"This is a great place to live the only complaint as of now is the snow. Nothing plowed, shoveled, snow blowed all weekend. Having to get your family & kids thru to your building or just to do your laundry has been a feat. Need a 3rd party hired to handle these issues when it's a holiday. Otherwise the management here is amazing"

"My wife and I have been living here since last July, and it’s been an absolutely dream come true. The staff here take the best care of you that you could ask for! Christie and Andrea in the office are on top of everything, and Dave in maintenance makes sure your apartment is running smoothly! I used to work as a carpet cleaner so I got to see a lot of apartment complexes. None of them impressed me as much as Fountain Park North did, that’s why I chose them, and I made the best possible decision. They’re there for you, and that goes a very long way."
