"If I could give them negative stars, I absolutely would. They are incredibly shady, lack a moral compass, and legitimately do not care about the welfare of their residents. There have been multiple neighbors who have shared the same issues with mold, drywall deteriorating, and infestations and all the management team wants to do is: “get a contractor in,” that’s actually just a painter. Might I add, all of our units would be deemed uninhabitable by Michigan state law and code. They also mentioned that the mold everywhere (in the vents, carpet, walls), is just dirt… yeah, okay bud. When asked and pushed for specific details about who is coming in and out (which I should mention, maintenance is coming in AT 9PM), having to relocate because of said issues, and wanting timelines and who the exact contracting companies are, they can’t give you a direct answer. Several of us have been sick because of these issues that take them well over two and a half months to respond to, and when they declare it an emergency, they state it has to be within 72 hours (AND THEY DONT EVEN SHOW UP). Again, I’ll add that according to Michigan law, they have to respond within 24 hours… not 72. Furthermore, the kicker to all of this is that “they were doing a key audit and didn’t have the keys to any of our units to get in, in order for them to fix it.” Excuse me? What if someone needed a key because of an unresponsive family member that’s an emergency flipping contact? How freaking daft can these people be? Literally, avoid them like the freaking plague if you can. Several of us are in the right to create a class action lawsuit within the apartment complexes. Several instances have been depicted as constructed eviction, which again, is against the law. Do not, whatsoever, do any business with them. Heather (the resident coordinator) and Christine (the property manager) are god awful, who literally try to redirect and lie directly to your face about what is going on, or heck, just not even call you back. Might I mention, they tell you it’s YOUR problem when it’s actually something they have to do (again, the beauty of knowing your tenant law rights). Do not believe the influx of five star reviews, as there is clearly some kind of promotion going on for staff… ESPECIALLY the one with Christina. Definitely recommend reading up on the Better Business Bureau and see how they handle complaints… that should explain everything. They also continue to remove my review every time it’s posted."

"Very friendly and down to earth. Very professional but like … I feel like they care about me and they don’t even know me. Family vibes for sure. Very inviting. I love the space I saw. Excited to get in here. The lobby is so cute and the music is my VIBE. Never been in a leasing office like this before. Chilling waiting on my ride and so comfortable doing so. Marie Rosati and Chiquita Howard is the best. Hands down"

"Worst place I’ve ever stayed… from the time I moved in everything was a mess. There was no ac unit in my front room on move in day. Had a gnat problem then a few days b4 Xmas the heat went out then was without that for days then the water was out for days on Xmas as well. A huge mouse problem that was never solved by those boxes I had to buy my own things and caught 15 mice. They ladies in the office now are rude I miss when Peggy was there. And I have pictures and videos and notation of everything. Not to mention my fridge went out twice and spilled All off my food and they didn’t come fix it til the second time swearing they never got the call and I was without air for a month and was promised someone was coming once again and never did. This place is horrible and I don’t recommend"
