"The most inappropriate and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at an establishment. Not only did Melissa insult me, she lied to me about the income of my business. I’m in a situation where my business, which is owned 50/50, is being split and my share of ownership is being dissolved. Melissa told me that I shouldn’t receive 50% and that my value to the business was nonexistent. She has no knowledge of my business dealings besides the taxes she prepared. She lied and told me my business lost money and thus in order to dissolve my share I must pay money to get out. She continuously degraded my worth as a person and as a business owner calling me a “housewife”. I couldn’t believe the things I was hearing. When my business partner confronted her about what she said I was lying and and that she has the whole exchange on camera. All the while she’s cussing, smells like smoke, and has dogs who have made a complete mess of the office running around. Completely unprofessional and rude, and I don’t trust her with my money."
