"The old management was absolutely horrible nothing ever got fixed for YEARS and they were rude and unprofessional they scammed me outta money that didn’t even go to my apartment but the new management has fixed all my issues in a few days the new manager is nice and extremely helpful i can tell they’re trying to get this place back to where it needs to be they are really trying to get all the bad dirty people out while only renting to clean nice people I see them making improvements everyday"

"The place is poorly managed. People always running in and out at night arguing and pissing on steps and throwing trash everywhere. I'm not talking about just a chip bags here or there its people throwing out whole garbage bags sometimes full of dirty diapers and used condoms all over the place in the parking lot and the cement flower pots that never have any flowers. No elevator. Huge roach problem despite the exterminator coming every 6 months so you need to buy your own RAID.. Mice problem as well. I had to buy mouse traps and caught 3 of them. The homeless come and sleep inside the building because their is no locks to prevent them from coming in. They found a dead decomposing body in one of the apartments. People loitering drinking and smoking in the parking lot. No parking space. Traffic sounds are very loud because ignorant people always drag racing up and down 8 mile. No respect for others. They have all these problems but have time to get involved in their tenants personal life. Be careful with management he's always in my face like he wants me and I'm a male."

"This place everything included it come with mice, roaches , bad management, bad maintenance, hot water , high energy bill, nasty neighbors, auto theft, refrigerator,stove, ac (sometimes it work sometimes it don’t) broken gate, a lot of noise, it’s a good place to make into the Carter"

"I wish I could give negative stars. I have lived here for a while now and until recently like mid year last year I started seeing roaches. I said something was told exterminator was coming never did I had to go out and buy stuff and it’s not working anymore, Roaches are everywhere I’m constantly cleaning. Someone moved in with these in my building and they know it and nothing is being done at all. I’ve had a maintenance order in for over a month about my toilet, thank God I have two bathrooms. No one cares here at all and they should be ashamed."
