"I hear lots of horrible reviews about this place I stayed here year before last it was a experience all imma say is this is a place where u move to and get your chips stacked and move on to better I will say it’s the cheapest around nobody is this low priced this was my unit when I received it and this how I left it nice and clean I didn’t have no issues with it whn I stayed there but I did one time have a issue with one mice but I treated my unit myself and later moved out GOOD LUCK to the ones there now"

"Place is a dump, management does not care only wants to get money from you and make you pay for repairs for things that you did not break. Roaches, mice, bed bugs, the whole lot. Do NOT go there"

"The one necessity needed is NEVER working or always off! What kind of Apartment complex has NO WATER for their tenants! This is crazy! Ridiculous! Can’t use to the restroom, can’t take a shower! TERRIBLE! Why should your tenants pay rent if they’re not being treated fairly?"

"I have been staying in this apartment building for 4 months now along with my husband and my daughter and my unborn child. from the first time we moved in here there has been problems the first problem started with the bathroom the toilet was not working correctly the shower was not working correctly the tub was stopped up and the sink had a very bad smell on it when the water ran they came out to fix it and borrow a couple of weeks after the same problem occurred I have not yet to get me a shower door for my shower and after every use we have to wipe up water off the floor I have been keeping all my text messages and all my pictures so that if anything was to happen I will have my proof there is also mold and the bathroom around the shower area that was hiding behind the wall until we know this after the shower will run it will come out. It's also infested with mice I have caught three mice since I've been here I have also seen mice in the hallway and then other unit. The only thing that they can say is put down mice hotels and sticky traps. Miss Gloria also said that she was going to have an exterminator come out that was a month ago she stated that the Exterminator was going to come out fill in Holes nothing happened yet reason why I'm still here is because right now at this moment I can't afford to move so I have to hold on for a while. And not to mention my daughter room had damn they're flooded from the heating along the wall and it damaged her bed and left a smelly smell in the carpet I want to advise anyone to move here especially if they have children."
