"After banking here for 20 years, my account was put on hold, without notice on December 22. The reason was a flag from another bank from identity theft years ago. Was put through 1-800 purgatory with unhelpful call centers with no assistance or resolution. Went into the branch to at least get some cash and hopefully clear things up, but they let me know the hold department is enjoying their holiday until December 26. They gave me the same 1-800 number and said there is nothing they can do. Meanwhile my family and I sit here with no money on Christmas Eve. Consider that before trusting Fifth Third with your money."

"This one cant figure out how to do what 54th st does time after time for me. Then the manager Alex is of no help, when the teller couldn't figure it out. He took zero time to look in there system to figure it luke 54th st does. Then tries to call my accounting department on a Saturday..... do you really think someone will be there? this branch is nothing more than incompetent."
