"I asked Keith and Marie to do my wedding gave them $450 up front for 3 to 11. I get a call during after wedding photos from a family friend at 5 saying dj just got there my groomsman and family was helping carry all of the djs equipment and I get there at 5:30 to be announced in a newly couple they weren't set up or ready until 6-6:30 I had my photographer there till 6 to get cake cutting and dances so i lost out on those pictures because they weren't set up my father and father in law announced us in on their own then the dj finally gets set up and the music. Was cutting out and stopping I asked if they had a hard drive Marie didn't know how to use it so they were using YouTube I asked them since they were like 3 hours late I'd I was gonna get reimbursed they said they would give $100 dollars back they were also getting drinks from the bar DURING the wedding so they were now slurring come 7:30-8 I finally had enough told my father to kick them out took them not even 30 minutes to take down Keith and Marie said they were sorry and I would get a full refund. Called and texted the next day and Marie said they did a good job didn't understand why I was being rude and wasn't going to give me a refund Keith wouldn't answer calls or text messages made a dispute to PayPal and they would give me my money so now I'm out 450 dollars and had a horrible experience on a very special day I can't get back"
